Adapting style of dance piece section A

In our dance session, we were working on a binary structure towards the dance piece. We as a group are first working on the A part section of the piece which is going to include a spoken work aspect towards the dance style that we are performing in. Which is more on an urban contemporary dance field? It demonstrates on how this is a very different dance style towards our solo dances that we are also doing which is going into the style of contemporary. We are developing the motifs one of the drug addictions that we are focusing on which is OCD and developing the motif that explores the concept of OCD such as using the senses for example i.e. touch and feel can be explored through using arm and hand gestures. That can be used to contrast the elements of entrapment and suffocation within the society, through the movements we are linking it towards the addiction of heroine and the emotion that is captured.
